  • Should not be relied upon for clinical decision-making

You agree that:

5. Data and App Functionality

  • Total breathing minutes completed per day

  • Your preferred resonance breathing rate

  • Session history and usage patterns

This data is used to:

  • Personalize your experience

  • Improve performance insights

  • Maintain continuity across sessions

5.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The data provided by the App is informational only

  • Accuracy may vary depending on device, input, and usage

  • You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use this data

6. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase services or subscriptions:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

All purchases are subject to our refund and cancellation policies (if applicable).

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Service, including:

  • Text, graphics, software, and design

  • Training methodologies and frameworks

Are the exclusive property of Pressure Calibrated and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree that Pressure Calibrated is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from your use.
